Meet Justine + the Anu name

Care from a recognized expert in pelvic health

Justine Ward is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pelvic & Women’s Health - a distinction held by only a small fraction of physical therapists.

Alongside her clinical practice, she is an assistant professor of physical therapy, a published researcher, and a national leader in prenatal and postpartum care.

In Irish mythology, Anu is the mother goddess - a figure of fertility, abundance, and renewal. It’s a fitting name for care rooted in helping you feel restored and at home in your body.

Your first visit and beyond

If you’ve never been to pelvic physical therapy, it’s normal to feel unsure about what happens. Here’s what care at Anu looks like:

Healing starts with trust. We are committed to providing compassionate, respectful care where your comfort, choices, and consent guide every step of the process.
